My quote #1
"If you are considering a career in psychology, you are pursuing one of the most important and basic of the human sciences."
People do not really understand what Psychology is and how important it really is. Psychology includes your mind, behavior, and our life. It answers so many of the questions we ask ourselves everyday.

Links and Descriptions
http://www.apa.org/careers/resources/guides/careers.pdf
This site brought me to a list of brochures that informed me of where Psychology came from and started out, what a Psychologist is, and what type of Psychologist I can be. Scott Plous of Wesleyan University created and maintains this website. It is useful because it gives so much information and details about the whole topic of Psychology.
http://www.learner.org/discoveringpsychology/methods/index.html
This is a great website to really see what it is like to be a Psychologist. It provides programs and walk-throughs that explain Psychology and how it works. This is useful when you want to dig deeper into the topic.
http://www.simplypsychology.org/information-processing.html
This website provides information about Psychology in more understandable terms. This site is very useful to someone with problems understanding the diverse world of Psychology.
http://www.psychology.info/index.php
This last site lists disorders and other mental issues in which a person should see a Psychologist. This is also a more understandable website. It provides helpful articles for people studying Psychology and for people with disorders who may want to see a Psychologist. This gives you a chance to see it from different prespectives.

What I want to know
There are still many questions I have about Psychology. For starters, what kind of classes will I need to take? What are some colleges with a good Psychology department? I want a college that I can go as far into the field of Psychology as I can. Another question would be how much does a Psychologist make a year? What kind of facility or environment would I work in? A hospital? An office? Maybe an institute?. Would I make good money in Conway? My biggest concern is, What does it take to start my own Psychology "clinic"?

What I Already Know About Psychology
I already know that you can specialize in many different fields of Psychology. There is child psychology, criminal psychology, social psycology and many more specialties. I know that Psychology requires four years for an associates degree, six years for a masters degree, and eight years for a PHD. Being a Psychologist means you have to have patience and a high tolerance level along with compassion. I know all of this information because I have read my mom's psychology book from college, and i have researched the topic online when I figured out that is what I wanted to do as my career.
